How to Load a template

I have a problem regarding the template. I don’t know how to load a template in a Wordpress blog. There are many templates or themes are available in various designing based website and the official website of wordpress.org. Well the templates have to come from the script site that is for different scripts there are different types of template are there. In the ‘ReadMe.txt’ file the instruction are given regarding where to upload the template files. You just need to upload these files to the template folder. In case of wordpress theme it is /root/theme/template folder. Using an ftp manager, this is very easy to upload a template quickly. As a webmaster you have to know the FTP Username and password for that work. If you use a customized template you can edit your templates according to your requirement of your website. If you use any a free template then it is necessary to provide a link to the designers URL and his company also. For any upload in the web design you need ftp software and it is free in http://filezilla-project.org/. If you have done any change in any part of the template like sidebar or to edit just the sidebar ftp software is very handy. Just edit the corresponding files and then upload it using ftp software.
